Receptionist/Administrator
*Job Summary*
Elim Nursing Homes require a Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers.
*Duties*
· Answer and direct all phone calls
· Greet all visitors to the Home
· Manage and organise the front desk
· Requisitioning of supplies for the various departments within the nursing homes.
· General office duties, typing, photocopying, emailing, post, operation of telephone system, and administration duties
· Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
· Provide occasional tours of the Home to potential Clients
· There may be occasions when other duties will be required from the post holder to ensure that the home operates effectively and efficiently.
· Undertaking personnel duties in relation to the placement of job advertisements as advised, issuing application forms, undertaking monitoring duties.
· Assistance to the Nurse Manager and Administration team
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
