Paint shop Customer Assistant
## Job Summary
We are seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team in a bustling retail environment. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain the shop's appearance, and support the overall operations.
## Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products and provide information on promotions
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organisation
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
## Experience
- Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to effectively sell products to customers
- Proficient in English language
- Excellent time management skills
- Applicants must have a basic knowledge of paint
