We are looking for a creative and driven Organic Content Specialist to lead our efforts in filming, editing, producing, and sharing engaging organic content. This role will prioritize creating content across our N-able social media platforms, with a focus on video production, short-form storytelling, and engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience. The candidate will also be responsible for managing social media scheduling, posting, and reporting across all platforms.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop, manage, and execute the organic content posting schedule, ensuring timely and strategic delivery of content across social media platforms.
  • Assist with the creation, filming, editing, and production of high-quality multimedia content (videos, images, graphics, etc.) for social media platforms.
  • Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that align with marketing campaigns and brand strategy.
  • Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions to foster meaningful relationships and encourage brand loyalty.
  • Optimize content performance by analyzing social media metrics, including video watch time, engagement rates, and audience growth.
  • Continuously research trends in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling to keep content fresh and relevant.
What You'll Bring:
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation, with a focus on video production, editing, and graphic design.
  • Proven experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and other social channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling and story-driven content that captures attention.
  • Ability to use social media metrics and insights to adjust and improve content strategy.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
