The Office Coordinator will ensure the smooth running of the Head Office and will work alongside other key members of the support team to assist Senior Management. The role will be very varied and will involve engagement with many members of the wider business and will help ensure that colleagues have access to the necessary supplies and will assist with company events as required. Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and overall maintenance.
Ensuring the Head Office is run in an efficient and professional manner
Support satellite sites, as and when required, with office supplies and events.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless office operations.
Ensure health and safety protocols are followed and manage compliance with company policies.
Carrying out any ad hoc requests of the Directors and Management team
Organising refreshments and lunches for meetings and events
Administration of internal communications i.e. contact lists, distribution of documents and information
Assist in the organisation of staff events i.e. Christmas Party, Staff conferences etc.
Devising and maintaining office systems, data management and filing
Arranging travel and hotel bookings for visitors as needed
Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
Foster a positive and productive environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
The ability to work at pace on multiple projects.
High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
IT literate.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organised.
