We aim to have in the region of 1500 charging stations installed across a vast array of over 300+ locations including a number of major ultra-rapid charging hub sites that will see drivers able to fully “top up” their vehicles in less than 20 minutes.

Job Description

Weev are seeking to appoint an Office Administrator for a thriving industry, one that continues to grow exponentially as the attractiveness and government legislation around electric vehicles continues to drive demand for more EVs and EV charging points the across the country.


Key Responsibilities
  • General office management to include ordering of office supplies, coordinating maintenance and servicing, organising repairs, booking meeting rooms and travel arrangements.
  • Compile Business Contract Hire / Purchase Contract Hire quotations from various funders within our portfolio.
  • Complete sales compliance documentation as required.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and funders to obtain accurate information on vehicle lead times.
  • Keep Account Management informed of order status and progress.
  • Utilise and maintain the company's CRM system to ensure accurate records and effective communication.
  • Compile and manage vehicle files, ensuring all necessary documentation is organised and up to date.
  • Monitor vehicle Road Fund License (RFL) and maintenance schedules.
  • Respond to email and telephone queries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and redirecting calls as necessary.
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations, to ensure timely delivery and installation of EV solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales contracts, purchase orders, and other relevant sales documents.
  • Monitor and track sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, using CRM software.
  • Basic technical support, troubleshooting, and gathering customer feedback.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Effectively address customer concerns and working with internal teams to find solutions.
  • Provide cover for the scheduling of domestic charger installations as required.
  • Ongoing training and knowledge of Weev EV products and services, as well as assisting customers with the ordering process.

Essential Qualifications / Experience
  • Prior experience in an administrative role within the motor industry or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Outlook and Teams.
  • Strong experience using and maintaining CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers professionally.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams with a genuine passion for helping customers and being able to empathise with their needs.
  • The ability to manage change and adapt well to weekly changes in tasks.
  • The tenacity and ability to see queries and tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and first-rate organisation skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload in a fast-paced office setting.

  • Experience working within the EV industry.
