We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Managing administrative tasks, including processing orders, invoices and deliveries using our dedicated system (Sage).
Handling paperwork, including the processing of returns.
Providing exceptional customer service by promptly answering calls from customers.
Assisting customers in our shop, addressing inquiries from collections to order placements.
Supporting the payment collection process by following up on outstanding payments.
Informing customers about the completion of their orders and coordinating the collection process.
Assisting in the dispatch of orders, both for customer collections and deliveries.
Experience
Proven experience in an office administration role or customer services is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining databases.
Experience with Sage is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
