Responsibilities

- Utilise Quick Books for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Handle phone communications with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on projects and tasks.
- Implement organisational systems to improve efficiency within the office.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Quick Books is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is advantageous but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
