Office Administrator

Harveys Laundry are seeking a confident and organised administrator to join our small, but busy office team.
You must have meticulous attention to detail; good communication skills; be able to work on your own initiative and have a proactive, solutions-driven attitude.
Previous experience of at least 1 year in a varied administrative role is a must.
Hours of work are 16 per week, to be worked over Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 9.30am-3.30pm (30 minute lunch break) OR Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 10am-2pm (no break). Please only apply if one of these working patterns is suitable for you.
Duties Include:
- Follow the Daily Procedure to complete all tasks on time and to a high standard
- Ensure all suppliers are paid the correct amount and on time.
- Add all new invoices received to our user friendly accounts package
- Control and Maintain Office and Production Stock Levels, Ordering the correct quantities for an efficient production floor and office
- Manage repairs, MOTs, Services and Road Tax for our fleet of 6 vehicles
- Liaise with our on-site Maintenance Team to ensure all Maintenance Jobs are completed on time and on budget.
- Assist with the Onboarding of new staff including allocation of uniforms
- Assist with Purchasing, including obtaining quotes and presenting options to the decision maker
- Provide administrative support including filing, posting of letters, document creation and any other admin duties as required.

Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Confident Computer Skills, especially using Emails, Microsoft Word and Basic Excel
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of Quick Books for financial administration

Pay: £12.15 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
