Night Care Assistant
Seeking to employ a night care assistant. Experience is beneficial but not essential. Shift work 8pm until 8am. Additional night allowance paid.
Ashley Court Care are seeking to employ a night Care Assistants. Experience is beneficial but not essential. Shift work 8pm until 8am.
The home has incredibly high standards and expects candidates with a minimum of QCF level 2 in social care, empathy and understanding of dementia care. A genuinely caring and helpful attitude is a must.
Our ethos at the care home is to treat staff well and in return we expect staff to work hard and complete all training. this is very much a team environment and family run business.
Our clients should be treated with the utmost respect and dignity and staff must care for them as if they would care for their own family.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assisting residents with all personal hygiene needs;
Assisting residents with food and fluid intake;
Light cleaning of bedrooms and lounges when required; Landry tasks.
Ability to complete care documentation to a detailed and thorough level;
Providing emotional and physical support for our residents.
Qualifications and Skills
QCF Level 2 and above. Will consider staff who do not hold this level depending on experience and a genuine good nature for care work.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
