Shift Patterns: Varied shifts depending on event requirements (typically covering full event duration).
As a Hospitality Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing a team of waiting staff and other hospitality personnel to ensure efficient service.
Coordinating the setup and breakdown of event areas, including buffets and dining setups.
Overseeing service delivery to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
Training and supporting team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Monitoring performance and providing feedback to improve service quality.
A positive and professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
