Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Hospitality Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing exceptional service. As part of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience, whether it be through food service, catering, or guest assistance. These are seasonal, casual hours and candidates must be available on the run up to and over the busy Christmas & New Year period. Previous bar or waiting experience would be an advantage. Candidates must be aged over 18yrs and be able to get home safely late at night and not be reliant on public transport
Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest services by attending to the needs of patrons promptly and courteously.
• Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing away food and beverages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchens.
• Assist with bartending duties as required, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
• Engage positively with guests to enhance their overall experience at our venue.

Skills

• Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
• Experience in guest services within the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with catering operations and restaurant environments.
• Bartending experience is an advantage but not essential; training can be provided.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £6.70-£11.60 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
