• Ensure that all vehicles are prepped, cleaned, and maintained to the highest standards before entering the workshop.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in a similar role within an HGV workshop environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of HGV maintenance and repair, with hands-on experience in diagnostics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development to expand skills and qualifications.
