Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our team in Belfast. As an HCA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, care homes, and community health services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient areas, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed by nursing staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• A caring and patient-centered approach to care.

Pay: £14.70-£19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 66 per week
