We are seeking a multi skilled general maintenance person to join our team in operating high standard refurbishment of our care home's and grounds. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a range of maintenance tasks and possess good problem-solving abilities.
*Responsibilities*
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry basic electrical
- Repairing equipment and structures as needed
- Inspecting sites for potential issues and addressing them promptly
- Installing fixtures and appliances
- Handling basic electrical work
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
*Experience*
- Proven experience as a multi skilled general maintenance
- Proficiency in various maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and painting basic electrical
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
