What you’ll be doing

• To collect, wash and replace dirty ceramics etc throughout the building.
• Maintain cleanliness of pot wash/dishwash areas
• Ensure all food storage areas maintained in a clean and safe manner
• Ensure the chemical store and disposables area are kept in a clean and safe manner
• To maintain the essentials of food hygiene
• Keep diligent records as required
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
• Undertake relevant training and attend meetings as required
• Follow all QEMS procedures as directed

Experience

• No previous experience required but 1-2 years within food services or retail environment desirable
• Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
• A confident, flexible team player
