What you’ll be doing
To collect, wash and replace dirty ceramics etc throughout the building.
Maintain cleanliness of pot wash/dishwash areas
Ensure all food storage areas maintained in a clean and safe manner
Ensure the chemical store and disposables area are kept in a clean and safe manner
To maintain the essentials of food hygiene
Keep diligent records as required
Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
Undertake relevant training and attend meetings as required
Follow all QEMS procedures as directed
Experience
No previous experience required but 1-2 years within food services or retail environment desirable
Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
A confident, flexible team player
