All About the Role Based at our Newry site, we have a role available for a General Operative. The purpose of these roles is to ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled to the highest standards in a fast-paced environment. You’ll provide excellent customer service whilst operating within a safe working environment and ensuring legal compliance to all Health & Safety standards. Specific tasks could include:
Pick computer generated orders with repetitive handling/lifting of heavy and large item
Accurately record stock movement and usage, along with product identification and use of measuring equipment.
Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team and on your own.
Transferring stock to its location using Side loader trucks and cranes.
Assisting in the overall production and dispatch of customers’ orders.
Maintain high levels of Health and Safety.
Be adaptable and flexible in approach to work to meet operational requirements

The successful candidate will have experience as a warehouse/yard operative.
Have a flexible attitude, be results oriented, and enjoy working in a team environment.
Fork-Lift and Side-loader is desirable but not essential.
Health & Safety awareness.
Driving Licence preferred
