Job Overview
We are recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic waiting staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for customers, making it crucial to embody our hospitality values while efficiently managing various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
We have a full-time and part-time roles available, paid hourly at £11.50 plus generous gratuities.
The Role:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating excellent upselling techniques to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, providing assistance as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks during busy periods.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is advantageous, along with a passion for culinary and service excellence.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members alike.
• A willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently when required.

• Excellent gratuities package. Full-time employee can expect minimum of £100-150 per week paid through payroll on top of hourly rate. Part-time employee can expect pro-rata amount.
