**What You’ll Do:**
- **Greet & Seat Guests:** Welcome guests with a friendly smile, seat them promptly, and ensure they feel at home.
- **Menu Expertise:** Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
- **Serve with Speed & Accuracy:** Deliver food and drinks to tables quickly and accurately while maintaining excellent service standards.
- **Upsell & Enhance the Experience:** Suggest and upsell menu items and beverages to elevate the dining experience and maximize sales.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders, keeping guests satisfied from start to finish.
- **Keep the Space Spotless:** Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, ensuring it’s always guest-ready.
**Experience & Skills:**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but we’ll train the right person.
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure, while providing top-notch guest service.
