Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery during busy periods.
• Support catering events as required, contributing to the overall success of the establishment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome individuals eager to learn.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous.
• Experience in bartending or food preparation would be beneficial for those looking to broaden their skill set within the role.
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential traits for success in this position.

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
