Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and positive atmosphere.
• Assist with catering services, including setting up and breaking down events.
• Support food preparation tasks while adhering to food safety standards.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring that all orders are accurate and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance the dining experience.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout all interactions with guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
