We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front floor Associate to join our team. As a Front staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in coffee shop, food safety, food preparation, or the restaurant industry who are looking to transition into a retail environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the front end of the store
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Assist customers with locating products and answering any inquiries they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and security
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in coffee shop, food safety, food preparation, or the restaurant industry is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed
Part time & Full time are needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
