Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Food Production assistant to join our team in-store. This job involves covering a number of roles between our deli & butchery departments
Duties

• Assist in the preparation and production of food items in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor equipment functionality and perform basic mechanical maintenance as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.

Experience

• Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• A willingness to learn and adapt within a team-oriented environment is crucial.
