Job Overview
We are currently hiring for a Part Time Team Leader to join our team, the rate of pay for this position will be discussed at interview based on experience.
This role is for weekends only (More shifts will be available to cover holidays)
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a passion for retail management.
Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Address any customer concerns or issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operation of the store.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in supervising retail staff is preferred but not essential.
