Job Overview
We are currently hiring for a Supervisor to join our team, the rate of pay for this position will be discussed at interview based on experience.
This role involves working 1 in every 3 weekends.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a passion for retail management.
Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Address any customer concerns or issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operation of the store.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in supervising retail staff is preferred but not essential.
