Job Introduction We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Family Support Worker to join Family Solutions and be based in one of our 5 family hubs.
Family Hubs offer support to families from conception to 19 and up to 25 for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Multi-agency teams are based in the Family Hub to support connections between services and puts relationship-based practice at the heart of our work.
Family Support Workers provide individual support to children and families using a whole family approach to assessment, planning and intervention. You will work collaboratively with partners to improve outcomes. You will focus on building resilience as well as providing support when families need it.
You will also deliver a range of group work activity using evidence-based programmes to support families with parenting, healthy lifestyles and learning and development of their children.
