Our aim is to provide high quality child-centred Early Learning and Childcare (aged 2-5 years) which reflects our values and responds to the individual needs of our learners.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing and innovative Early Childhood Practitioner. Ability to work in a team situation is essential and a flexible approach to working with young children and parents is required.
Do you relish planning and delivering a child-centred, creative early years curriculum which meets the needs of individual children?
Do you pride yourself on the high-quality learning experiences you offer the children in your care and the strong relationships you build with children, their families and partner agencies? If so, we would love to hear from you.
You should hold an appropriate qualification e.g. SNNEB, NNEB, HNC, SCQF level 7 equivalent or SVQ 3 in Childcare and Education or SVQ 3 Social Services (Children and Young People), as well as have the eligibility to register with SSSC.
You should :

Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Have excellent communication skills
Thrive on providing the highest quality learning experiences for young children
Understand the importance and characteristics of play based learning
