Role Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving The Salthouse Hotel’s online presence, enhancing brand visibility, and creating digital strategies that attract both local and international guests. You will work closely with our marketing and guest relations teams to promote our unique offerings through engaging content, targeted campaigns, and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.)
Create and manage engaging content for the hotel’s website, blog, and social media platforms to reflect the luxury experience of The Salthouse Hotel
Optimise the website for SEO and ensure it provides an excellent user experience for visitors
Analyse performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams to highlight key events, promotions, and special offers
Manage online reviews, guest feedback, and reputation across review platforms (e.g., Trip Advisor, Google Reviews)
Implement social media strategies that align with the hotel’s brand identity and engage our target audience
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends in the hospitality industry
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury sector
Proficiency in Google Ads, social media management, SEO, and email marketing
Strong understanding of content creation, including copywriting and visual design coordination, adobe and photoshop
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong eye for detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
A passion for hospitality and customer service is a plus
