Role Review

As a Deputy Security Supervisor at G4S,

You'll be a key part of our team covering a range of duties within your area and providing support to your colleagues and our clients, you will ensure the safety of our customers staff, their buildings and assets,

It's a varied role where you will be able to meet and greet vips and visitors and ensure the smooth running of events ensuring a safe environment is provided for all, the role includes greeting staff and visitors ensuring they adhere to the required Security protocols, Conducting searches where required, patrolling premises and dealing with any security incidents attending all first aid incidents,You will support our supervisor with rotas, audit reports, and weekly operations meetings, Supporting our supervisor with cash flow for car parks and audit reports for finance, with a keen eye and a brillant why with people, you could look forward to an interesting role where no two days are the same with exciting career opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

You will need to be aged 18 or over, A confident communicator, who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. A good IT knowledge is also key. You must be Flexible and available to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern including covering, weekends for events, Additional hours may be required to support corporate events, Must hold a valid Door Supervisor License and have supervisory / leadership experience with excellent customer service skills
