Dental Receptionist
We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join our Carbasse Implant & Dental Centre in Whitstable, part of Portman Dentex.
About the role and practice
At this friendly practice, we care for private patients. You’ll work alongside a highly skilled, specialist clinical team in this modern and well-equipped practice. This position will require you to perform a variety of reception, clerical and billing duties; such as; answering and screening phone calls and taking messages, scheduling patient appointments, checking in patients, providing patient assistance, and taking payments.
We welcome your application if you have proven front of house Reception experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although training will be provided. We’d love you to be motivated, organised and a good communicator who thrives upon maintaining good standards, in addition to offering a warm and welcoming environment to patients and visitors and driving to constantly deliver and improve the patient journey.

About the role and practice

- Full-time hours available, 37 hours per week
- Typical shifts are Mon -Thurs 8.30am- 5.15pm (lunch 1pm-1.30pm) Fri 8.30-3pm, 1pm-1.30pm lunch
