We are currently seeking a Data Office Administrator to join our team in Whitchurch, Cardiff. This full-time role is essential to our operations within the Private Parking Industry, focusing on data integrity and analysis. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team responsible for maintaining and managing a vast dataset, including vehicle registrations, parking permit compliance, and CCTV image review. Role Responsibilities:
Accurate data entry and verification, ensuring the integrity of information within our systems.
Detailed review and analysis of parking data, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
Management and processing of parking permits, including the issuance of Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) as necessary.
Utilisation of ANPR cameras and CCTV footage to investigate parking violations and ensure compliance with contractual signage.
Contribution to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in data entry and management, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to process and analyse large volumes of data consistently and efficiently.
Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with specialised software and systems used in data management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Good verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
A valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
Working Hours: This office-based position operates from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
