NO AGENCIES Job description Lochwynd Limited are currently looking for a Graduate Contracts Co-Ordinator with Project Management Qualification/Experience to work as part of the Contracts Team operating from our Glasgow Office. You'll be reporting to our Operations Director & Contracts Senior Manager In this role, you will be required but not limited to the following: Scheduling and forecast projects with all aspects of a project involved
Set timelines and deadlines for projects
Liase between internal teams
Understand all Health & Safety aspects of each project and day to day works.
Work closely with dedicated manager and have an open stream of communication regarding projects progress.
Daily check in
Weekly Contract department project meeting
Work collaboratively between internal departments, ensuring the efficient and successful delivery of a project
Sales - Understanding what has been accounted for in the Quotation of the Project.
Purchasing - Ensuring all materials for the project are ordered correctly and in advance.
Contracts - Making sure all operatives are available to assist with project and not scheduled for other works.
QHSE - Ensuring all RAMS and Training Requirements are up to date.
Learn and understand a variety of Traffic Industry knowledge. Responsibility:
Accountable for the successful delivery of projects UK wide.
Ensuring Job details are shared accordingly to other teams and operatives as well as clients.
Client relation - Building upon existing client relationships as well as develop new relationships and ensure all project information is shared frequently with clients.
All Contract documentation prepared and reviewed in advance of works starting and being scheduled.
Ensure all company process are adhered to and implemented correctly, at project and operational level.
