Content Marketing Lead

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, edit, and manage compelling content across multiple channels including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and websites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Utilise photography and video editing skills to produce engaging visual content that complements written materials.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to optimise future campaigns and improve engagement rates.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing, social media marketing, and SEO.
- Oversee the maintenance of the company website to ensure optimal user experience.
- Proven experience in content marketing or a related field.
- Strong skills in photography and video editing are highly desirable.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.
