Construction Cleaner
- Sub contractor -Self employed
Work using own initiative, working hours between 9am and 5pm (flexible to start earlier if prefer) Mon-Frid, to work at various locations at various times, must have the ability to Clean to a high standard. Duties will involve hoovering, sweep and mop floors, clean kitchen units throughout and kitchen area, clean bathroom and toilet, windows and frame work, cleaning of shelves, skirting boards. Remove dust and dirt after Tradesmen. Prepare property to a high standard in readiness for lettings. This job involves working at a fast pace and requires someone with a keen eye for detail. Required to work to demand. All Bank holidays and Christmas period off.
Immediate start
Part-time with weekly overtime
- driving license (required)
Pay: £10.50-£11.55 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- cleaning: 1 year (required)
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (required)
- janitorial: 1 year (required)
- English (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
