Work base: Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our friendly and fast paced team.
Your role will be to work alongside members of the community, supporting them to identify, plan and develop sustainable wellbeing activities/groups.
Community development experience, experience of leading community based projects and completing successful funding applications are essential skills required for this role.
Your drive, ability to enthuse others, organisational skills, experience of managing multiple projects and delivering to tight time scales will be invaluable to this role.
The ability to travel throughout the county of Conwy is essential for this role.
