Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring that all activities are executed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any changes to project plans.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within Telecoms or Construction.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using relevant software tools for project management and reporting.
- A solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing site environments.
