About you…

The successful candidate will:
  • Be someone who wants to make a difference, is flexible, committed to working as part of a team and can work to tight deadlines.

  • Have experience of independent working and working as part of a team.


What you’ll do…

The role involves working on a mobile basis at our Cardiff Bay estate with the possibility of covering Trivallis estates within Rhondda Cynon Taff , as part of the Estates and Communities team.
You will provide an effective, efficient and customer focussed service. This will include assisting with Internal cleaning of the communal blocks , grounds maintenance, general estate cleansing.


What you’ll be responsible for…

  • All cleaning, environmental and caretaking works.
  • Required to establish good relationships with tenants, the public and colleagues.
  • Undertake minor repairs as required.
  • Assist a tradesman where required in the completion of repairs.
  • Identify, report and rectify health and safety hazards
  • Responding to incidents and emergencies on site and escalating as necessary
