We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our customers. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our bar area is well-maintained and welcoming.
Duties
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 16 per week

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our customers. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our bar area is well-maintained and welcoming.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Must be able to work as a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively.
- A friendly demeanour with the ability to engage positively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A passion for the Hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Personal Licence beneficial but not mandatory.
