We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our customers. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our bar area is well-maintained and welcoming.
Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Must be able to work as a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively.
• A friendly demeanour with the ability to engage positively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• A passion for the Hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Personal Licence beneficial but not mandatory.
