Bar Supervisor
We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team at the Crafty Vintner & Bowery, Lisburn Road.
Bar Supervisor responsibilities include maintaining the bars revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient Bar operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Duties :

• Coordinate daily Bar and back of the House operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Organize bar teams and supervise shifts
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practice
• Proven customer service experience as a Supervisor
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,000.00 per year
