Tipsy Bird is a quirky style bar in Belfast’s city centre. Offering amazing cocktails and live music most nights of the week, Tipsy is popular with Belfast locals for drinks as part of their big night out, before hitting the clubs, or for revellers off to a concert at the close by SSE Belfast Arena. The venue is also host to private events and functions. Further, our Brewers Yard pays homage to the rich history of our location whilst providing a cool outdoor space with endless possibilities for events, entertainment, and pop-up opportunities. This really is a lovely venue in one of the heart of Belfast.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Joining the team as a Supervisor, you’ll ensure every shift goes like clockwork. That involves enabling your team to deliver the best possible service and confidently dealing with any issues that arise. You’ll also get to know busy times, and ensure we’re ready for them, and organise rotas accordingly. We think of ourselves as a close-knit team and you’ll help to ensure that everyone feels supported and confident in their roles. And we’ll support you with a place on our Supervisor Development Programme mentored by the wider team to ensure you feel part of our big family.
Working Hours: 20-30 per week

A monthly variable share of the venue service charge, paid through a Tronc scheme in line with the Tipping Act 2023. 100% of our Service Charge goes to our employees and is distributed in its entirety on a monthly basis. The lower figure is the hourly salary and the higher figure is the average hourly income across a year including tronc distribution for the role advertised.
