- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times, including the bar area and equipment
- Set up and break down the bar area before and after events
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Assist full-time staff with event operations as needed
- Provide friendly, engaging customer service to enhance guest experience
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- 2+ years of experience in a similar bar or hospitality environment preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-pressure environment
- A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork
- Must be able to handle cash and operate a till system
- Knowledge of basic drink preparation and service techniques is a plus
- Flexible, reliable, and available to work evenings and weekends
- A valid personal license or bar training is a bonus (but not required)
