Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional drink service to guests in a busy events bar setting
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times, including the bar area and equipment
Set up and break down the bar area before and after events
Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Assist full-time staff with event operations as needed
Provide friendly, engaging customer service to enhance guest experience
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in a similar bar or hospitality environment preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-pressure environment
A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork
Must be able to handle cash and operate a till system
Knowledge of basic drink preparation and service techniques is a plus
Flexible, reliable, and available to work evenings and weekends
A valid personal license or bar training is a bonus (but not required)
