Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Decorate baked goods as required
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is desirable, but full training will be provided
- Knowledge of food production processes and techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of culinary principles and techniques
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
