This role will involve working in Lincoln Building ensuring that the communal areas within the buildings are always fresh and welcoming for tenants and visitors.

About The Role Your Day to Day
Ensure chemicals and equipment are used correctly and safety procedures are always adhered to.
Use cleaning materials supplied economically and efficiently
Monitor and control supplies and amenities and minimise waste
Always operate in a clean and hygienic manner maintaining a good standard of personal hygiene and appearance as well as having a pleasant disposition
Ensure all communal areas of Lincoln Building are kept to a high standard of cleanliness including main staircase leading up through all the floors by dusting, vacuuming and cleaning mirrors
Clean all washrooms on a daily basis
Clean and mop lifts daily
All bins to be emptied daily
Perform deep cleaning tasks
Keep cleaning store clean and tidy
Ensure that all cleaning equipment and machinery are maintained in working order and report faulty equipment to your Manager
Cleaning around exterior of front door and carpark area
Immediately turn in and report any lost property found to your Manager
Report any Maintenance issues to the Estates Manager as soon as possible
Be polite and courteous to all colleagues and tenants within the building
Attend any training courses, when necessary, e.g. Health and Safety and Fire Training

Required Criteria
Previous cleaning experience and knowledge
Good communication and listening skills
High standards of Attention to Detail
Strong Time Management skills and flexible with regards to working hours.
Desired Criteria
Previous cleaning experience in an office setting
Key holder trained
Knowledge of cleaning procedures including use of equipment e.g. carpet cleaners
Knowledge of using cleaning products in a safe manner
Strong interpersonal and empathy skills and a friendly personality
