We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in data entry, clerical duties, and effective communication skills. The Administrator will support the team by maintaining office systems, managing correspondence, and assisting with transport operations & planning. you'll play a key role in supporting our transport operations. You'll ensure the smooth running of our logistics, helping the team stay organized, efficient, and compliant.

We're expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join us at our Glasgow office.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating daily transport schedules and ensuring timely updates to management drivers and customers.
Preparing and maintaining accurate records of vehicle movements, routes, and compliance documentation.
Assisting with driver paperwork, records, and vehicle checks.
Liaising with internal teams, drivers, and customers to resolve transport-related queries.
Monitoring and managing transport-related KPIs and generating reports.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and transport regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a transport, logistics, or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance is an advantage but not essential.
A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
