About the Role:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our dynamic team in Peterborough. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in organisational and communication skills, are computer literate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical services and ensuring smooth operations.

Manage and respond to incoming queries from customers and nurses via email and telephone.
Book clinic appointments for Coloplast Nurses and send confirmation texts and letters.
Sort and handle outgoing and incoming post.
Consult with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for customers.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders within Coloplast, supporting Clinical Services as needed.

Who are we looking for?

Organised and thorough approach to work with strong diligence.
Results-oriented and flexible, able to prioritise work to meet business needs.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
Experience using a CRM system is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Inbound/outbound call experience is desirable.
