Company Information Cryotanks Ltd, established in 2004, specialises in the Supply, Installation Rental and Delivery of Cryogenic Storage Tanks. To offer a full package we now deliver Cryogenic Liquid Gases to customers via our fleet of Custom built trucks. Due to expansion we require an Administrator to work in either our Lisburn or Donaghadee office. Key Accountabilities
Manage daily administrative tasks for departments.
Keep company databases, records, and filing systems (like Share Point, outlook, Websites and Teams) up to date, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed by management, including drafting documents.
Support the management team with tasks like weekly reports, building and submitting monthly KPIs, and taking meeting notes.
Help coordinate internal and external communications.
Handle confidential and sensitive documents carefully.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal standards.
Stay informed about workplace regulations to maintain compliance
Provide general administrative assistance as needed.
Booking Hotels & Travel arrangements when required

Skills and Experience Required
Educated to GCSE level with grades A-C in Maths and English.
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Office 365, Outlook), with knowledge of Share Point and Teams, and a willingness to learn new systems.
Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well with different teams and handle interactions professionally.
Able to take initiative, solve problems independently, and manage tasks efficiently.
General understanding of business concepts.
Eager to learn and contribute as a team player but equally motivated to work on your own initiative.
