You will be responsible for working with the management team and supporting the business to meet its strategic objectives and day to day finance operations. This will include:
- Collect and process time sheets
- Manage purchase and sales invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements with accounting software
- Review and optimise financial processes and systems, implementing best-practice
- Managing the email for accounts team
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience of use using XERO, Dext or similar packages
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 per week
