Sinc Kitchens are one of the UK and Ireland’s leading complete kitchen manufactures and distributors. Based in Magherafelt we employ almost 40 people. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Accounts Team on a full time basis. Main Duties to include but not limited to: * Daily use of Sage / Microsoft packages / Banking Portals * Receipt of customer payments * Customer Credit Control * Purchase Leder; invoices / statements / allocations * Daily maintenance & management of customer orders and accounts * Liaising with other staff members & departments to ensure smooth running of day-to-day procedures. * General office duties; filing / stationary / post / PPE and any other consumables, manage stock levels of same. * Support office manager as required, and any other duties requested. Essential Requirements: * Proficient experience of Sage * Minimum of 2 GCSE to include A – C in Maths & English * Efficient in Microsoft packages to include Excel / Word / Outlook * Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines * Ability to use own initiative, work independently, as well as part of a team * Friendly, approachable nature.
