Warehouse Supervisor
Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. As a key player in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, you will manage a team of warehouse staff, oversee inventory processes, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
Supervise and support a team of warehouse staff, providing necessary training and guidance.
Manage inventory control processes, including the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and discrepancies.
Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during warehouse operations.
Implement and monitor health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Track and monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records.
Supervise and motivate a diverse team of warehouse employees to ensure productivity.
Use conflict resolution skills to handle disputes and maintain a harmonious workplace.
Organisational Skills:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Efficient time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all warehouse processes.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with warehouse management software and technologies.
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and databases to manage inventory data.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related role.
Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
