Villa House Manager (Female)
Job Summary:
The House Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the MD household, ensuring the residence runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. The House Manager will manage household staff, coordinate with service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
The House Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the MD household, ensuring the residence runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. The House Manager will manage household staff, coordinate with service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, and gardeners.
- Oversee and manage all household operations.
- Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
- Manage household inventory and supplies.
- Create and maintain work schedules, ensuring coverage and efficient operation.
- Manage household budgets, track expenses, and handle bill payments.
- Maintain accurate records of household activities and expenditures.
- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors.
- Organizing family and household events.
- Greeting and caring for guests and visitors.
- Taking responsibility for the household inventory. Also ensuring that supplies are always replenished.
- Handle all matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven experience as a House Manager, managing high-profile households.
- Good communication in English language.
- Experience managing household staff and vendors.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of household systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
- Understanding the client’s likes and dislike
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the household.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
