UAE National – Sales Manager (For Fit-Out Company)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated UAE National Sales Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales and expanding our client base in the fit-out sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the industry, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the fit-out market.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to maximize performance and drive results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders in the industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with project management and design teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed smoothly.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- UAE National with a valid Emirates ID.
- With UAE Driving License
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management within the fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
